R. Karbauskis about the quarantine: everything could work fine if the vaccination wasn’t a mess

If the government hadn’t handed over the vaccination process to the municipalities and vaccination priorities were set differently, minimal restrictions could be set and restaurants, gyms and cultural establishments could function, opposition Lithuanian Farmer and Greens Union (LVŽS) chairman Ramūnas Karbauskis says. He believes that for its efforts to contain the COVID-ą9 pandemic, the cabinet is relying on luck.
