Said and done. Did the minister of justice contribute to improving LGBT rights?

We will raise questions of sexual (LGBT) minorities, we will initiate discussions and after them, we will make decisions. This is the attention Minister of Justice Elvinas Jankevičius promised to the LGBT community back in 2018. More than two years have passed and the minster’s term in office is nearing its end – have his promises been fulfilled?
