Seimas Speaker V. Čmilytė-Nielsen - skeptical about opportunity passport: a signal there are tensions in the coalition?

On Monday, Seimas Speaker V. Čmilytė-Nielsen made a statement that since the approach of the EU Green Certificate coming into effect, there is no need to try to introduce a ‘passport of opportunities,’ but rather to invest money and energy towards saving closed businesses.
