State leader aides no longer receiving bonuses due to wage hikes

The political aides of the president, prime minister and Seimas speaker received bonuses on top of their wages for a number of terms. The bonuses would sometimes reach up to 60% of their actual wage. However, the practice has waned lately because the closest aides of the heads of state, just like all other civil servants, have seen wage raises.
