The Church has written to both Seimas and ministry regarding Romuva: seeking to prevent “rivals”

Circumstances are emerging over what actions the Lithuanian Bishops' Conference (LVK) took in order to prevent the Romuva religious community from being granted state recognised status. Documents found by 15min show that the Church sought to not only convince members of Seimas, but also the Ministry of Justice to change its decisions.
