True or False? R. Karbauskis assures he is not distorting facts: “No one ever said we are lying”

“Farmer” leader Ramūnas Karbauskis’ “bomb” did not appear dangerous to the Special Investigation Service (STT). There were insufficient reasons to launch an inquiry on the careers of individuals in former Minister of Transport and Communications Rokas Masiulis’ circle. However, the politician does not give up and asserts that no one ever said he is lying and assured he never distorts facts. Is this the case?
