True or False? Ž. Vaičiūnas: Belarus has not asked Lithuania to provide the possibility of using Kruonis power plant

Minister of Energy Žygimantas Vaičiūnas has stated that Belarus has not asked Lithuania to offer the possibility to make use of Kruonis Pumped Storage Power Plant as a reserve source. He assured of this while accompanying President Gitanas Nausėda to Kruonis on Monday. The minister should recall that in 2015, Belarus officially contacted the Lithuanian government with a request for access because at that very time, he was the Lithuanian energy attaché in the Lithuanian permanent representation to the EU.
