Kremlin interests masked by diplomacy: does the Lithuanian Seimas resist?

The Kremlin employs interparliamentary diplomacy to expand its connections and influence, invites to Crimea, offers various means of support, the Lithuanian intelligence branch states in its national security threat evaluation released on Tuesday. Our country’s Seimas has an Interparliamentary Relations with Russia Group, however its members say that the group is inert. Perhaps it should be revitalised or quite the contrary – abolished? Do parliamentarians receive suspect proposals?
