Baltic Ground Services to provide services to Iceland Express

Baltic Ground Services (BGS), which is part of the Lithuanian-owned aviation business group Avia Solutions Group, will provide ground services to Iceland’s budget carrier Iceland Express at Vilnius Airport.

BGS would provide services to Iceland Express’ flights between Vilnius Airport and Keflavik International Airport in Iceland.

Iceland Express will operate flights between Vilnius and Reykjavik using 168-seat Airbus A320 aircraft. The first flight from Vilnius will take off on 27 June.

Baltic Ground Services provides ground services to Finnair, LOT, Aer Lingus, Aeroflot, Brussels Airlines, Transaero, Wizz Air.

BGS holds licenses to provide aircraft ground handling and into-plane fuelling services in Lithuania and in Poland's six largest airports, including Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan, and Katowice.
