Lithuania and the EU. Sustainable growth or stagnation?

With the Seimas discussing state finances, concerns emerge that very soon, Lithuania will no longer race after Western Europe and will remain stuck at 80% of the EU average. Ministry of Finance representatives call it “sustainable growth” and premises for good political decisions. Conservative Andrius Kubilius meanwhile outright states it is stagnation.
