Lithuania raises EUR 29 million in treasury bill auction

The Lithuanian Finance Ministry sold 100 million litas (EUR 28.98 mln) worth of nine-month treasury bills at an average yield of 1.954 percent via an auction on Monday.

The lowest yield bid received was 1.82 percent and the highest yield accepted was 1.97 percent.

Bids worth 294.55 million litas in total were placed for the auction, including 274.4 million litas worth of competitive bids.

The issue matures on 5 December, 2012.
