Lithuania ranks 75th worldwide by gold reserves

In February, Lithuania ranked 75th in the world in terms of official gold holdings, down one place from January, according to the latest data made available by the World Gold Council (WGC).

Lithuania’s physical gold holdings remain unchanged, at 5.8 tons, accounting for 3.5 percent of the country’s total official reserves in February.

According to the latest data, Latvia ranks 68 th in the world with 7.7 tons of gold, while Estonia is not on the list of top 100 gold holders.

The United States has the world’s largest official gold holdings, at 8,100 tons.
