Lithuania’s Apranga opens first Burberry store in Baltics

Apranga, the Baltics’ biggest clothing retailer controlled by MG Baltic concern, has opened the first Burberry store in the Baltic countries in Tallinn.

The store in 230-square-meter premises was opened under the franchise deal reached with UK’s luxury group earlier this year, Apranga reported through the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange.

The Lithuanian group plans to open two more Burberry stores in the Baltic countries.

Apranga group now owns a Baltic chain of 127 stores, including 84 outlets in Lithuania, 31 in Latvia and 12 in Estonia.
