Lithuania’s grain exports fall by one-fourth

Lithuania’s grain purchase companies exported a total of 11,170 tons of grain in July, down by one-fourth year-on-year, the Agricultural Information and Rural Business Center said in the latest issue of its publication Agrorinka (Agrimarket).

In particular, they exported 4,400 tons of barley at an average price of 677 litas (EUR 196.2) per ton and 3,500 tons of triticale at an average price of 731 litas per ton.

Also, they exported 3,080 tons of wheat at an average price of 688 litas per ton.
