Most of the crude was produced by companies owned by Poland's Lotos.
Lotos Geonafta last year remained Lithuania's largest oil producer, but its output fell by 11.6 percent year-on-year, to 39,100 tons, the service told BNS on Monday.
Manifoldas saw its oil production decline by 6.3 percent, to 28,200 tons, and Minijos Nafta's output shrank by 16.9 percent, to 27,200 tons. Genčių Nafta increased its crude output by 4.4 percent, to 7,100 tons.
Lotos holds a 100-percent stakes in Manifoldas and Genčių Nafta and owns 50 percent of shares in Minijos Nafta.
LL Investicijos produced 280 tons of oil in 2012, all of it at the end of the year after Chevron Global Energy bought a stake in the company.
