Lithuania’s score improved by 0.6 points, to 72.2 points, as a result of efforts to manage public finances, the Verslo Žinios business daily reports citing the index report.

However, the country’s scores in business, labor, monetary, fiscal, and trade freedom as well as in freedom from corruption have worsened. The scores in investment and financial freedom as well as in property rights remained unchanged.
