Lithuanians think Polish products offer good value for money

Most Lithuanian consumers are satisfied with the price-to-quality ratio of Polish products and are glad that Polish products are accessible, but 32 percent consider neighbors' products as non-prestigious, and 21 percent, as non-reliable, the business daily Verslo Žinios reports citing a survey by RAIT.
Lietuvos turgus užpildė lenkiški mėsos produktai, kurių metinė apyvarta sudarė daugiau kaip 300 mln. litų, tačiau nuo šios sumos valstybės biudžetas nepapilnėjo nei vienu litu.

According to the survey, the most important factor to many Lithuanians is the price-to-quality ratio. Therefore, Poles are glad that Lithuanian consumers think that their products are cheaper, which is not always true, but of no less quality than Lithuanian products.

Seventy-two percent of respondents said that Polish products offered good value for money and 65 percent thought that Polish products were good in terms of quality. Seventy-six percent said Polish products were easily accessible. Twenty-two percent said that Polish products were non-innovative.

RAIT polled more than 1,000 respondents in Lithuania.
