Clients return to their preferred pharmacies for a variety of reasons. The public opinion survey has revealed that even when seeking out compensated medicines, clients act based on their own priorities. Most respondents found Eurovaistinė to be the most popular location to purchase compensated medicines.
“We care about every single client, whether they are just planning a pregnancy or already caring for their parents, who are in constant need of medicines. We advise both young mothers and parents raising teenagers, as well as the elderly, who are left alone at home, who must be listened to, advised and most importantly – aided. Both emotionally and financially – through discounts granted,” Eurovaistinė board chairwoman Ingrida Damulienė says.
According to her, the company values the fact that customers choose a pharmacy chain, which ensures professional service, good pricing and an always well thought our selection of medicines.
The public opinion survey has revealed that Eurovaistinė is frequently viewed as a popular location to purchase compensated medicines, with 40% of respondents agreeing with this statement. Clients also value the selection of medicines offered at Eurovaistinė, with more than a third of respondents stating that this is where they find the widest selection.
Pharmacy manager-pharmacist Ignas Popa says that he has observed that the clients’ decision to purchase compensated medicines is often based not only on the convenient placement of the pharmacy but also long working hour, wide selection or professional consultations.
“Upon purchasing medicine, people often have various questions, which they might not dare or don’t think to ask their doctor, thus the pharmacist is the individual, who dispels all doubts and makes certain that the client will take medicine appropriately. I know that my colleagues are especially careful in informing about the use of medicines, striving to ensure that clients have no outstanding questions,” he says.
Clients also rated Eurovaistinė as a pharmacy chain where it is most convenient to purchase compensated medicines. 34% of respondents also stated that here they receive the clearest recommendations on how to take medicines.
The public opinion survey was performed on February 18-25 by the company Spinter Tyrimai. 1012 respondents were interviewed for it.
