According to data from the Center of Registers, Stephan Tschudi-Madsen, 55-year-old chief operating officer at Hoegh LNG, took over as the CEO of the Klaipėda-based company on 5 November, replacing Julija Timoščenko, an assistant lawyer with the law firm Raidla Lejins & Norcous who had held the post since late January.

London-registered Leif Hoegh is the sole shareholder of Hoegh LNG Klaipėda.

South Korea's Hyundai Heavy Industries is building the FSRU for Lithuania's planned liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Klaipėda. The ten-year lease period is planned to begin in the second half of 2014.

Hoegh LNG, which is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange, operates a fleet of five LNG marine transportation vessels and two shuttle and regasification vessels (SRVs).
