The company would deliver the second Airbus A320 to its flight base in Vilnius, the carrier reported. Moreover, it would open five new routes from Vilnius on 27 May.

As reported last September, Wizz Air would keep one more Airbus A320 at Vilnius airport from the end of May 2012 and would open four new routes – to Oslo and Bergen from 27 May and to Liverpool and Paris from 28 May.

Earlier this spring, Vilnius airport also reported that Wizz Air would launch flights between Vilnius and the southern Norwegian city of Stavanger from 27 May.

The Hungarian airline currently offers flights from Vilnius to eight destinations: London, Cork, Dortmund, Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Doncaster, and Eindhoven.
