Some snowfall and low temperatures are expected on the night to Thursday – around -15 to -20 degrees. Daytime temperatures will be at -4 to -9 degrees, dropping to -12 degrees in eastern districts.
Temperatures will be at -17 degrees at night and -2 to -7 degrees during the day. Friday should bring heavy snowfall.
