The driver fled the accident scene.
Paulius Radvilavičius of Vilnius police told BNS the accident occurred at about 1:35 PM when Budraitis, 71, was crossing a street. Budraitis was taken to hospital.
The police identified a 34-year-old woman as the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident. She was questioned Tuesday afternoon.
