He also continued criticizing conclusions by the Financial Crimes Investigation Service about financial and business activities of this party.
"The conclusions contain a lot of mistakes, an expert evaluation is needed. It's a crime to follow such conclusions. A comprehensive financial expert evaluation is needed in the case to establish the truth," Uspaskich said.
He also refused to answer questions of process participants.
The Labor Party is on trial for failing to include more than 24 million litas (EUR 6.9m) in income and 23 million litas in spending in its books in the period between 2004 and 2006. Charges have been brought against its leader Uspaskich, his deputy Vytautas Gapšys, MP Vitalija Vonžutaitė, and the party's former accountant Marina Liutkevičienė.
