Lithuania is in for cold, dry weekend

The upcoming weekend will bring dry but cold weather to Lithuania.

No snow is expected on Friday and Saturday, the Hydrometeorological Service says.

Friday temperatures will range from -8-13C, with as low as -16C in places, at night to -3-8C during the day.

The mercury will drop to -13-16C on Saturday night, and -2-4C are forecast on Saturday.
