As could have been expected, with the October 11th Seimas elections drawing closer and the COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the world, proposals have emerged in Lithuania to legalise internet voting. It doesn’t matter that there’s just half a year left to the elections. It doesn’t matter that Estonia is the only country in the EU to apply internet voting to national level elections.
