Ramūnas Vilpišauskas. Lithuanian foreign policy – principles without strategy?

After the Foreign Affairs Coordination Council sitting called in the middle of this month, the president’s chief advisor for foreign policy Asta Skaisgirytė said that “it is necessary to draft a long-term Lithuanian strategy for Belarus.” This should be understood as the recognition that Lithuania’s policies regarding Belarus so far were not fruitful.
