Butkevicius will be accompanied by Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Neris Germanas and Chancellor of the Prime Minister Alminas Maciulis, the prime minister's spokeswoman Evelina Butkute-Lazdauskiene told BNS.

In her words, it's too early to talk about bilateral meetings during the Russian visit as agenda arrangements are still underway.

The Saint Petersburg meeting will focus on the protection of the Baltic Sea's ecosystem as well as partnerships between the private and public sectors for the implementation of environmental projects in the region.
