Decision to yield V. Pranckietis’ seat: R. Karbauskis has grown weaker

The position of Seimas speaker is a result of political manoeuvring, thus talks about Viktoras Pranckietis being replaced should come as no surprise, political scientists believe. That the position has been yielded on essentially the first moment of negotiations shows its minor importance and Ramūnas Karbauskis weakening.
