"The corrected documents are in line with the requirements prescribed in the law," Vaida Vincevičiūte, adviser to Justice Minister Remigijus Šimašius, told BNS.
The party is yet to be registered with the Register of Legal Entities.
In the end of March, the ministry did not allow Brazauskienė to register her party, as provisions of its bylaws and procedures of formation of governing bodies ran counter to Lithuanian laws.
After the decision, the party held a new congress resubmitted the documents to the ministry.
Brazauskienė is the widow of Algirdas Mykolas Brazauskas, Lithuania's first post-independence president who passed away in the summer of 2010.
