Minister of Healthcare Aurelijus Veryga thinks that Lithuania has done everything in time to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to be prepared to contain it. That said, it is apparently not possible to prepare for the Italian scenario. However, the minister does not believe he was mistaken on either the insufficient number of tests, nor regarding the poor equipping of doctors. Perhaps he would like for better information handling, but the trouble is that you can’t silence people.
