Lithuania may file a complaint against Latvia to the European Commission regarding power from Astravyets

Lithuania may file a complaint to the European Commission regarding the Latvian electrical system operator’s decision. If the Latvians unilaterally move to electricity trade with third countries, Lithuania will file a complaint against Latvia. This was revealed to 15min by the Lithuanian system operator Litgrid head Daivis Virbickas. That said, it is unclear, how such a dispute would be resolved because there is no precedent.
