NATO minister summit: the brain isn’t dead yet, Lithuania not seeking a plan B

“Rumours of our brain death are premature,” the ministers of foreign affairs gathered at the NATO headquarters on Wednesday afternoon sought to show. Nevertheless, the statement by French President Emmanuel Macron about “NATO’s brain death” was floating around in their minds.
